    We work with trusted third-party logistics partners (3PL) for all deliveries. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–5 working days. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

  • Products sold are not refundable. Products are only eligible for a refund if there are product defects or quality issues within 7 days of the purchase date, with a receipt. If more than 10% of the product has been consumed, it will not be accepted for exchange.
