Delivery will typically take 3-6 working days to reach you upon processing the order.

How much is the delivery charge?

For orders below $40.00, there will be a delivery flat rate chargeable at $4.90 that will automatically be reflected upon checkout.

Can I amend my shipping details?

For a smooth delivery, do ensure that all information are accurate before confirming. In the event that there has been a mistake in the shipping address, you may send an amendment request to support@naturesfield.com.sg.

Products sold are not refundable. Products are only eligible for a refund if there are product defects or quality issues within 7 days of the purchase date, with a receipt. If more than 10% of the product has been consumed, it will not be accepted for exchange.
