We work with trusted third-party logistics partners (3PL) for all deliveries. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–5 working days. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

Products sold are not refundable. Products are only eligible for a refund if there are product defects or quality issues within 7 days of the purchase date, with a receipt. If more than 10% of the product has been consumed, it will not be accepted for exchange.
